Between @nonsuchparkrun (@parkrunuk) and Run with Joe (@thebodycoach); I think there was probably 2,000 people running and exercising in the beautiful surrounds of #nonsuchpark. I did both runs, and it really was heart warming; well done everyone!
Can’t remember where I saw it, but ‘Freed from Desire’ playing straight as FIFA World Cup semi finishes is a long way from a Wigan fan in his bedroom creating a song for Will Grigg! We certainly live in a strange world!
