ALT Continuing the search for unconscious translations, the approach is to overlap a symmetric grid with a fast unconscious scribble. This scribble is later simplified into geometric like shapes, such us straight lines and circles and fragments, making more relatable for symbolic association. Like searching for shapes in the clouds, I attempt to find figures of unconscious nature, finalising with the naming of the piece. The aim remains the study of unconscious thinking in a figurative aspect, but the approach is the translation of the scribble using this pseudo-geometrical language. My idea is to establish this method of representation by allowing it to represent something in itself. The contrast of conscious and unconscious is the inner struggle that I wanted to represent.
