hi everyone, it’s ME/CFS awareness month…
i would like to share some info about the condition and speak publicly for the first time about the fact i am housebound and mostly bedbound by this condition.
but, what is it? let’s talk about it…🧵
There is hope and new insights being made into the condition and it’s treatment, but that cannot continue with a downward trend of funding alongside an explosion of case numbers equating to around 1 in 30 people globally…
So what can we do?

my favourite strategy for managing exactly this is the three question rule.
if you ask someone three questions, that are answered with short, dry, or unresponsive answers with no reciprocal questions...
it's safe to say they are not currently able or willing to have a convo! ⬇️
