Mass Effect was my ultimate white whale, my all-time dream project. For the last couple years I'd been in discussion w/ BioWare & EA to take on the project & as part of that I wrote close to 20 minutes of music to explore where the franchise can go next, may as well share it!
Way worse when you see they are from your country. No one is immune to propaganda, people are attracted to all kind of theories that, in the long term, will be detrimental to their well being.

The student movement embodies many different ideologies, some are ultranationalist and racist. I donβt think this is just over yet, just realignment. Itβs very similar to what happened in Romania, my country, back in 2018, when we had Dragnea, massive protests, he got jail time. We got USR (center right, pro EU etc), but also AUR afterwards, and AUR is at around 40% nowadays. Anti-system, but pro Trump, eurosceptical, populist to its bone.

For real. But itβs not even just liberals, so many people on the left do this as well. Honestly, Russia is a huge litmus test for me. The whole situation is way more complicated than just regurgitating the establishment line of 'Russia bad' without looking at the broader context, and you cannot understand the crisis without looking at decades of NATO expansion. Like, are we actually analysing the world through a lens of global power structures, or are you just repeating what you see on the mainstream news?

I don't care what anyone says Mass Effect 3 is a Masterpiece and I'll always defend it.
Replaying the Horizon series and I must say, while the main plot of the first game is stronger in terms of the sci-fi plot and Zero Dawn elements, Forbidden West writing is much better when it comes to the tribes, their politics, motivations, culture/life style and conflicts. I do enjoy the Tenakht and the struggle between their clans.

By that logic, North Korea is a democracy because its official name is the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
Hitler was a far-right fascist who imprisoned and murdered socialists, communists and trade unionists. He banned left-wing parties, destroyed independent unions and worked with German industrialists.
The Nazis used the word "socialist" as propaganda, partly because socialism and communism were popular among German workers at the time, and they wanted to attract those voters.
