An important review by @JoAllotey @thangaratinam et al. has found that pregnant & recently pregnant women in hospital with Covid-19 were less symptomatic but + likely to need the ICU & invasive ventilation & have preterm births than those without Covid-19 doi.org/10.1136/bmj.m3320

Key points from our #COVID19NewMumStudy on maternal mental health & coping. A large proportion of new mothers reported symptoms of low mood, anxiety and loneliness during the lockdown. Latest @bestbeginnings #BabiesInLockdown report has also shown this. Urgent action is needed!
