Took two weeks in intensive care but look at her now!

I’ve seen bigger Guinea pigs than this tiny lamb born yesterday afternoon.

Completed commercials week last Saturday - now first North Ronaldsays lambs kick off with a nice set of twins.

Tolerant mum or what!

Late start for us as most of my neighbours have completed their lambing but at last it’s all kicked off! Here’s number one from yesterday.

Helga had a very good day yesterday in Regional Championship! Today is washing the gear day! 😂

Spot of filming going on for Look North - sheep the target but Stan (goose) can’t help getting in on the act!

Strange but true - these are triplets - mum sitting behind them!

Born overnight outdoors in wind and driving rain. These North Ronaldsays are very hardy and weather resilient. Brought in for a quick check and tagging!

With commercials down to the last ewe with their lambs, things are beginning to happen with the North Ronaldsay flock

I’m sure vet Harriet would rather be somewhere else other than a chilly lambing shed on a Saturday night at 11pm but, without a single moan, she managed to get these two whoppers out! Well done!

Rather smaller arrivals this morning.

Follow up picture from c-section ewe. Good progress.

Great work by the vets Harriet and Molly today! All doing well so far!

First lambs of our season out and about!

These horns should grow on well over the coming months he might make the show squad yet!

Great idea from David and one that should be supported!

I sold all my North Ronaldsay ewe lambs last year except these three - I think they will make good additions to the show team.

A few weeks ago I tried the stick acrossed the horn’s method to stop the daily routine of releasing said lamb from fence. After a week or so I thought she was cured. Not so the second picture taken this morning. Now where did I put that stick?
