Artists gotta remember that no one’s coming to put you on. No label or co-sign is gonna replace the work you gotta put in. Show up every day for yourself and the people that support you until you are undeniable.
God these people suck😂
AI generated music is 1000x better than real music.
Today I canceled Spotify and SiriusXM because I finally tested Suno.
What sold me was the first prompt I gave it:
“My favorite artists are A Day to Remember, Bring Me The Horizon, Spiritbox, Bad Omens, and Sleep Token.
Analyze all their hits and generate a song I’m likely to love based on those artists.”
It one shots an absolute banger in 10 seconds.
I'll link the song in the next tweet for anyone curious.
Why would I ever go back to Spotify/SiriusXM when I can generate music perfectly tailored to my taste on command, for free?
Not affiliated with Suno in any way btw, it was just one of those moments where I was so impressed with AI’s capability I had to say something about it.
People have and can say a lot of things about me. What they can’t speak down upon is my work ethic. I’m always dropping music. I’m always posting content and sharing my creations with the world. Show up for yourself every day until you are undeniable.
Us as artists gotta stop taking “advice” from people who’ve never built anything meaningful, let alone tried to. People who’ve never bet on themselves shouldn't be the ones telling you what's "realistic." Keep the dream alive.
Dropped a song this week that I fully produced, engineered, wrote & performed along with a video that I shot, colored, and edited myself. Stop waiting for your circumstances to change. You are all you need.
Trying to figure out why they were being recommended in the first place 🧐
Spotify Removes 50 Million AI Slop Tracks from Recommendations This Year variety.com/2026/music/news/…
Better late than never
Spotify's mission to curb the rise of AI-generated music has resulted in the removal of 50 million AI slop tracks from users’ recommendations.
The 50 million removed tracks follow the more than 75 million AI songs that Spotify pulled completely from the platform after they were flagged as spam. According to Spotify, the 50 million AI-generated tracks are still available but a user would have to actively seek them out to find them.

The music industry gotta stop pushing this narrative that if you drop a few songs and no one cares then you failed. I’ve got 30+ songs out and I’m just NOW starting to reach the people that rock with me. Build your catalog. Forget the noise.
Dropping an album as an artist with no core fanbase makes no sense at all … no one’s making it to the third track bro
Would you rather one song do 1 million streams a month or 100 songs do 10k streams a month?
The math / money is the same
I’m going with the catalog.
Depends what you want to get out of your music… if you want to pay your bills off your music and get the most amount of people to listen as possible, how are you expecting to do that without being seen? And being seen doesn’t mean “new song out now”😂
Replying to @nickrod03
might be the dumbest fucking thing I’ve ever heard 😂
you’re saying artists who’d rather take time making MUSIC, instead of drafting out a content calendar (that’s marketing and promotion..) aren’t taking their craft seriously enough, and that makes them less of a MUSICIAN? 🤡
