i really just dont understand why the conversation is a bunch of people saying "i dont give consent for my work to be used in this way" and a bunch of people vitriolically responded "well i dont care about your consent"
This is like fan arts too honestly, people can download it the way they want and save it anyway they want but when we say please take it down then the right thing is to take it down, really. Not a rocket science to understand this basic manner in fan space.

this current fic discourse is so redundant in my eyes. as a writer, we know our work has 100% chance of being archived as soon as it's published. and as a reader, you should respect the author enough to take it down when they ask you to. seems like common sense but apparently not

Me who's been in this lonely journey for years thinking that he is an omega whining sobbing needy pleading etc etc etc:

Even when I have a football icon, they will call me poser because I talk a lot about ships too, and these people wonder why-if I am not a "poser"-engage only with people who ships. BECAUSE YOU'RE ASSHOLES. And even if I proved that I'm not a "poser", they will still be upset lol.
