Oulun kaupunki käyttää ajoratojen uudelleenasfaltointiin 2,5m€/vuosi. Pyöräteitä asfaltoidaan noin 300k€/vuosi. 💰💰💰 Henkilöautoja Oulussa on noin 100 000 joten se tekee ”asfalttiveroa” 25€/auto.
