Every craving is a dopamine wave that peaks in 90 seconds, and if you get through the wave, the urge collapses. Set a timer, breathe and hold off for those 90 seconds. Your brain rewires through these small wins, and you only have to be strong for long enough, never forever.

Currently starting my morning with Rice Kanji.
Excellent source for Probiotic for your gut health.
Very simple to make
Take 1 to 2 tablespoons of cooked unpolished rice. Soak it in a glass of water overnight at room temperature. Traditionally done in a clay pot for better fermentation. Strain it in the morning. Add a pinch of rock salt. Drink it on an empty stomach.
That is it.
What it does:
Feeds the good bacteria in your gut
Helps with bloating, acidity and sluggish digestion
Supports immunity and reduces inflammation
Connects to better mood, focus and sleep through the gut brain axis
Supports clearer skin from the inside
Very simple to make. Very easy to be consistent with.
Try it for two weeks and see how your body responds.
If it suits you, keep going. If it does not, stop.
Always make an informed decision.

Neuroplasticity doesn't only build habits. It builds how much you trust yourself. Every time you say "not tonight" and do it anyway, your brain learns your word doesn't count. Keep one small promise today. You become someone you can trust one kept promise at a time.

Your parents will never announce that they are getting old.
They will simply start walking a little slower, asking for your help a little more, and hiding their struggles behind a familiar smile.
One day, without warning, the people who once held your hand to teach you how to walk will begin needing yours to help them stand.
Pay attention to the little changes.
Old age doesn't knock on the door. It quietly takes away pieces of the people you love.
And one day, you would give anything to have one more ordinary day with them.

Your brain naturally copies the stress levels of the people around you. Spend your days around panicked, complaining people, and you will feel anxious without knowing why. Protect your circle like you protect your time.

The most expensive meal is not the restaurant bill.
It's the medicine bill that comes 10 years later from eating badly for a decade.

The reason scrolling is so addictive isn't that every post is great; it's that you don't know which post will be great. Unpredictable rewards hijack your brain's dopamine system far faster than guaranteed satisfaction ever could.

Work-life balance to me is happiness on all equations.
It's not about clocking hours at home vs. the office. It’s about being present wherever you are. There’s no single blueprint. No one-size-fits-all. And that’s the point. Your version of balance is yours to define — as long as it’s rooted in intent.
And reminder 🚨… you can change your “work life balance” every year based on the realities of your life. It’s your life .. not anyone else’s. ❤️❤️❤️ Give yourself some Grace! You’re trying !!!

You have low energy because you suffer from attention leaks. Switching between different tasks every few minutes drains your brain faster than hours of deep, uninterrupted effort. Focus actually conserves energy, distraction burns it.

When you wait for the "right mood" before starting something hard, you teach your mind that action requires motivation. The longer you sit around waiting to feel ready, the harder taking the first step becomes.

Every skill you don't use, your brain slowly unlearns to save energy. It assumes anything unused is unimportant. This is why things you learn but don’t practice eventually fade away. Your brain recycled it because you stopped proving you needed it.

Your brain treats effort as a signal of value. The things you get easily, you unknowingly rate as worth less, even when they're not. This is why handed opportunities get wasted and hard-won ones get protected. You don't value the thing, you value what you had to become to get it.
