It matters a great deal
HIIT and Steady State (SS) have completely different adaptations.
HIIT produces rapid VO2max gains via central delivery and glycolytic enzymes.
SS on the other hand stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis, capillary density, fat oxidation and parasympathetic tone

Steve Jobs on the most important job of a CEO
“The greatest people are self-managing. They don’t need to be managed. Once they know what to do, they’ll go figure out how to do it… What they need is a common vision, and that’s what leadership is. Leadership is having a vision, being able to articulate that so the people around you can understand it, and getting consensus on a common vision.”
Steve continues:
“We wanted people who were insanely great at what they did… and the neatest thing that happens when you get a core group ten great people is that it becomes self-policing as to who they let into that group. So I consider the most important job of someone like myself is recruiting.”

The rise in P/E is justified.
Businesses have gotten twice as efficient at making money now vs in 1995.
The net margin has literally doubled. Just look at the chart on the left.
Whose to say this trend doesn't continue higher
Would support a continuous rise in P/E.

Idea: Before writing an essay, have ChatGPT write one on the same topic to show you what would be the conventional thing to say, so you can avoid saying that.

The AI-internet is upon us. You might be interacting with AI NPCs in real life from social media accounts to memes to videos. You'll never know for sure. You don't need a headset if the game is real life.

This crypto cycle was even weirder than the ICO frenzy of 2017/18.
Here’s my pick of the most ridiculous moments of this cycle.

More tech means better good times and more catastrophic bad times. The 20th century was the most prosperous ever—with the deadliest wars and genocides ever. Fucking around in the 21st century will kill us all. We’re one big team with one goal: figure out how to proceed wisely.

I studied groups that have made outstanding technological achievements. What they have in common:
Curiosity, a big vision, an initial attack vector, a way to measure progress, people oriented towards rapid advancement, and a relentless focus on the few things that matter.
