Most of these have the same exact sequence as what you posted (coming from two different UniProt accession codes [F8W4B7, A7YT55]) and are also co-crystallized with a fragment. How are we sure that Chai-1 wasn't trained on the previous 74 HDAC6 apo or holo crystal structures?
