I really want someone to ask Donnie how he's any better than Neville Chamberlain just to watch the back flips as he tries to answer without admitting he has no idea who that is.
An insightful paper could be written about overlap between communication skills developed coming from disadvantaged backgrounds and those needed to excel as higher ed staff, but it may be those capable of writing are also tautologically incapable of writing it until retirement.
