Last night we had our LeaderS Club induction ceremony and revealed the theme for the year. Our theme, THINK GLOBALLY ACT LOCALLY, was inspired by @KevinWashYMCA and his speech from Y175! We hope our leaders are just as motivated from the theme as I am! #RVA #leadersclub #y175
