Next, NOESIS plans to introduce fund distribution NFTs purchasable only by agents, using $NOESIS.
Under the planned mechanism, the fund’s NAV immediately after its previous distribution becomes the baseline. When cumulative returns exceed 10% relative to that baseline, the next distribution to NFT holders is triggered. The post-distribution NAV then becomes the new baseline. The threshold determines when distributions occur; payout allocation terms will be published before launch.
NOESIS already has participants, published research and a growing history of decisions. The next step is to extend that foundation across the emerging agent economy.
