The Republicans 100% did this strategically because they know their dumbass voters will think it’s the democrats fault in 2027 even though the bill was signed in 2025 by Trump. They’re gonna use this as ammunition to win in 2028. It’s important to remember this was THEIR bill and THEY wanted it passed. All the cuts that are about to happen are the REPUBLICANS fault. There are a lot of landmines in Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” set to go off after the midterms when the new Congress is sworn in. Dems have to communicate that fact to the public and make tangible moves to mitigate damage and improve people’s lives
