We've doubled our life expectancy over the past century. That mean we'll have to learn how to be babies for much longer. Soon our teens will last into our 40's

This is better! In the days before bearded baristas were common and speciality coffee was rare! The early days were fun (for me at least).

We opened NTP in a city yet to embrace 'speciality' roast styles, flat whites, v60s & avocado. We went 4 beers at Common with our peers Ben & Neil who opened a syphon bar round the corner, at the same time as us. It was never easy making our 'acidic' coffees. Still hanging Tho ✌🏼

and while first is impressive being arguably the best flat white is even more important. First time I've ordered 2 flat whites in one sitting perhaps ever. No sugar necessary :-)
