One of the best things about gaming is that you can spend hours getting absolutely destroyed in a competitive game, swear you're never playing it again... Then somehow be back online 20 minutes later like nothing happened. 😂 Gamers really are a special breed....I'm looking at you COD gang 🤩

Holy shit, Zelda: Ocarina of Time looks absolutely incredible! 😍 I'm desperately trying to avoid gameplay footage and spoilers because there's a very real chance Santa might be bringing this one for Christmas. 🎄🎮 The temptation to watch everything is ridiculous, but I want to experience as much of it fresh as possible. Please don't ruin this for me, internet. 😂

Star Trek x Magic: The Gathering prerelease kicks off today and I'm genuinely excited for this one! 🖖 As if MTG wasn't already doing enough damage to my wallet, now they've gone and thrown Star Trek into the mix. 😂 The Commander possibilities alone have me interested. Anyone else keen for this set?

I've officially reached the stage of adulthood where setting up a proper home network is genuinely exciting. UniFi router, PoE switches, patch panels, security cameras, the works. Ten years ago, I'd have spent the money on games. Now I'm getting excited about Ethernet cables. What the hell happened to me 😂

Okay, the new RoadCraft Foundations update looks bloody awesome! 🚧 New maps, new machinery, pile driving and actual concrete foundation work?! I spend enough time around construction sites in real life, yet somehow I'm genuinely excited to get home and do it all again virtually 😂 Anyone jumped into the new expansion yet? Worth picking up?

The Elder Scrolls VI hype is starting to feel real again and I'm trying VERY hard to keep my expectations in check 😂 Skyrim was one of those games you could completely lose yourself in for hundreds of hours. I just want that feeling again. A massive world, incredible lore, and the freedom to wander off for six hours doing absolutely nothing productive. Pleaseeeee, let this one be special. 🙏

While half of Melbourne is getting drunk and watching horses run around a track, I'm over here mentally preparing for my final building inspection on Thursday. Nearly two years of blood, sweat, tears, and an absolutely criminal amount of caffeine. We're so close to the finish line I can practically smell the freedom. GTA 6 is less than three weeks away. I'm currently in a race against time to finish a house, move my entire family and get my gaming setup sorted before launch. No pressure or anything...😅

Building your own house while working FT night shift is a fantastic experience. You learn new skills, save a bit of money and develop an intimate understanding of just how many different ways a single human being can be fucked around. I've aged about 15 years, developed several new mental disorders and I'm fairly certain my blood is now 43% caffeine. 10/10 would recommend. Nearly fucking there fam 😂

I swear half the games I want to play these days are games I've already played. I've got an enormous backlog of new shit and somehow I'm still thinking about starting another playthrough of something from 15 years ago 😂

Thanks to PAX Aus... I've started looking into sim racing gear...(again) Somehow went from "might upgrade my Logitech wheel" to looking at 16Nm direct drive bases, cockpits and pedals that cost more than my first car 😂 I have absolutely no fucking idea what I'm doing. All I know is I eventually wanna race GT3s in iRacing and apparently that's going to require a second mortgage. SEND HALP. 😂

It's so damn good to see PAX back in full swing! Packed halls, massive booths, incredible cosplay and thousands of people just enjoying the shit out of gaming. There's something pretty special about getting this many people together who all share the same passion. Massive shoutout to everyone who makes PAX Aus happen. 5/5 ⭐ - Would recommend to a friend...like ALL of them!
