There was once a shepherd who found a wolf caught in a snare at the edge of his pasture. The wolf begged to be freed. “I was hungry,” it said. “That is all. Spare me, and I will remember your mercy!” The shepherd cut the rope. The next night, three lambs were gone. Again the shepherd found the wolf. Again it pleaded. Again the shepherd convinced himself that mercy was proof of his goodness. By winter, half the flock was dead. An old farmer finally asked him, “Why do you keep freeing it?” The shepherd answered, “Because I refuse to become cruel.” The farmer looked at the empty field and said, “Then understand what you have done. You were not merciful to the wolf. You were cruel to everything that trusted you to keep them safe.” That’s the lesson. Mercy without judgment isn’t virtue. When someone openly intends to destroy what has been entrusted to you, endless forgiveness doesn’t make you righteous. It makes everyone behind you pay for your vanity.

wild ruling out of Seattle that @PHLCouncil needs to read. a builder put $39M into 254 low-income apartments locked at 60% AMI for 30 years. from 2015 to 2018 it worked, collecting ~94% of rent. then Seattle stacked on "tenant protections": banned criminal background checks, banned winter evictions, required 180 days notice for rent hikes + 3 months relocation pay, and forced the owner to let unscreened roommates move in and take over leases. result: rent collections dropped from 93.9% to 44.1%!!! the building lost nearly $6M through 2023 ($2.7M in 2023 alone) and is now appraised as functionally worthless. the city bankrupted actual affordable housing lol. the appeals court just ruled the owner can sue Seattle for an unconstitutional taking. when you strip a landlord's right to screen, collect rent or remove non-paying tenants, it's not "regulation" anymore, you took the building…. Philly has half these laws already 🙄 courts.wa.gov/opinions/pdf/8…

We’re learning more about the 16-year-old who opened fire at a school in Bend, Oregon earlier this month, killing three children and a teacher before an armed Good Samaritan intervened and stopped the attack. Now, as more of the shooter’s history comes to light, one of the newest details is absolutely staggering: Between March 2020 and October 2026, 911 dispatch received 52 calls for service associated with his family’s home. 52 calls in just over six years. According to Deschutes County 911 dispatch records obtained by local news, those calls included a runaway juvenile, suicidal subject, domestic dispute, welfare checks, among others. The records don’t establish that the shooter himself was involved in every one of those calls. But 52 calls associated with one household is an extraordinary amount of contact with the system. Local news also found that his mother had 37 documented encounters with Bend Police dating back to 2013. And that adds to what we already knew about the years leading up to the shooting. As a child, the shooter had been placed in a specialized program for students with significant behavioral and social challenges. Investigators are also looking into his possible connections to violent online extremist groups. Then, just two months before the shooting, his mother bought a shotgun and gave it to him for his 16th birthday. That was the gun he ultimately used in the attack. At some point, we have to ask where the accountability lands. Because after something horrific like this happens, the conversation almost immediately turns to another gun law. Another restriction. Another tool the government supposedly needs to prevent the next one. But what about the tools and systems already in place? How do you get to 52 calls to one home in six years and still end up here? No gun law fixes that. Especially in Oregon, where they have so many gun laws that even the armed Good Samaritan who stopped the shooter had to break the law to end the attack. This is a systemic failure and an accountability problem. We see these failures again and again, but rarely any accountability for how they happened or what needs to change to prevent the next one. Before we start talking about what new laws millions of gun owners need to follow, I want to know where the existing system failed.

In America, you have the right to face your accuser. Except in CPS. Anyone can call in an anonymous allegation. No name, no oath, no consequences if it's false. That anonymous call can become an investigation, and that investigation can take your children. That's what happened to my family. I have a strong belief about where the allegations came from, and the pattern is clear. But the system is designed so that I can't face my accuser, and no one is ever held responsible for a false report. Every allegation against us came back UNFOUNDED, and our children were still taken. This is a loophole Congress needs to close. Anonymous allegations shouldn't be enough to remove a child. If you accuse a parent, you should have to stand behind it. The Sixth Amendment says we get to confront our accusers. Families deserve the same. 🇺🇸⚖️

The victim testimony of Chloe from the rape gang inquiry is horrific - Abducted by a Muslim abuser - Raped her at 12 years old in a graveyard - Raped her with a whiskey bottle which broke off in her vagina - NHS removed the pieces but asked NO questions - Plied with drugs and drink - Told police she was having sex with adults but was dismissed as a child prostitute - Passed between men daily for years - Police found her with abusers but released men after no investigation - Chlamydia in throat/vagina, gonorrhea, warts, PID at age 13, clinic said NOTHING - A social worker suggested she audition for a TV role as a grooming victim instead of helping. As she got older: - Gang invaded her home, orally raped her on her sofa in front of others. - Raped with objects (cans, keys, baseball bat) - Forced to house and witness abuse of other children. - Spiked with heroin, leading to addiction and anorexia (weighed 5 stone/~70 lbs at 18). - Coerced into Islamic conversion and "marriage" to an illegal migrant abuser who beat her daily - gave birth to a child with health issues from her damaged body. This all happened in Britain In our country To our girls

🚨 BREAKING: Trans-identified male, Hadyn James Dollery, 19, was just convicted of threatening to go on a “murder spree” and cannibalize one of the victims at John Champe High School in Loudoun County, VA. The thing that never happens just keeps on happening. After his boyfriend broke up with him, he sent Discord messages threatening to kill his ex, both families, and students at the school. Investigators found a box cutter in his backpack and searches about blood. He faces up to 25 years in prison. This is the same Loudoun County that previously covered up sexual assaults in girls’ bathrooms while pushing gender ideology. Schools keep prioritizing feelings and activism over basic child safety.

These questions need to be answered by CPS and this post needs to be shared.
7 questions Loudoun County DFS still hasn't answered: 1. Why did you remove my children, including our breastfeeding infant, on a mere family assessment with NO findings and NO emergency? 2. Why did Kelli Hedrick need THREE armed sheriff's deputies to visit a family with zero criminality? 3. Who approved placing my two daughters with a single father of three boys? 4. Why couldn't we reach ANYONE for 5 days while our daughters were trafficked into foster care? 5. When we appealed, why did you hand us the WRONG record? 6. Every allegation came back UNFOUNDED. Who is being held accountable for that? 7. Title IV-E sends federal money to states for every child in foster care. Who profits when a family is torn apart with zero findings? CPS will answer these questions under oath. If you believe no family should go through this, please donate and share: gofundme.com/f/help-us-end-c… #sueCPS #ParentalRights #Loudoun 🇺🇸⚖️

He skipped school, withdrew £200, bought a one-way ticket to London, and disappeared. Nobody has seen him since. On September 14, 2007, 14-year-old Andrew Gosden left his family home in Doncaster, England, and appeared to be heading to school as usual. Andrew was a bright teenager with an excellent school attendance record. His family had no reason to suspect that anything was wrong. But that morning, he never arrived at school. Instead, he waited until his family had left home, returned to the house, changed out of his school uniform and put on a black Slipknot T-shirt, black jeans and Vans trainers. He also took his PlayStation Portable. Then he walked to the railway station. He bought a one-way ticket to London On his way to the station, Andrew withdrew £200 from his bank account, almost emptying it. He bought a one-way ticket to London King's Cross. The ticket seller reportedly offered him a return ticket for less than £1 extra, but Andrew declined. At approximately 9:36 a.m., he boarded a train to London. He travelled alone, carrying his belongings and playing on his handheld game console during the journey. The train arrived at King's Cross at around 11:20 a.m. CCTV footage captured Andrew leaving the station about five minutes later. It was the last confirmed sighting of him. He was just 14 years old, alone in London, and his family had no idea where he was. His family discovered he was missing That evening, Andrew's family expected him to return home from school. When he did not appear, they began searching for him. They discovered that he had not attended school and eventually learned that he had withdrawn money and travelled to London. His father, Kevin Gosden, and the rest of the family were desperate for answers. Andrew had not told them about the trip. He had not arranged a known place to stay, and there was no confirmed evidence that he had planned to meet anyone. Why had he travelled to London? Did he intend to return home that evening? Had he arranged to meet somebody? Nobody knew. The trail went cold Police investigated possible sightings and followed numerous leads, but none established what happened after Andrew left King's Cross station. His family continued appealing for information, and missing-person organisations helped keep his case in the public eye. Andrew had light brown hair, brown eyes and wore strong prescription glasses. He was also deaf in his left ear and had a distinctive double ridge on his right ear. Investigators later released age-progressed images showing how he might look as an adult. Years passed without a confirmed sighting. Two men were arrested In December 2021, police arrested two men on suspicion of offences including kidnapping as part of the investigation into Andrew's disappearance. The arrests renewed hopes that the case might finally be solved. However, the men were later released from the investigation. By September 2023, police had confirmed that they had been eliminated from the inquiry. The arrests produced no answers about Andrew's whereabouts. What happened to Andrew Gosden? More than 19 years have passed since Andrew disappeared. He would now be in his thirties. Investigators know that he left Doncaster, withdrew money, bought a one-way ticket to London and arrived at King's Cross. What happened after he walked out of the station remains unknown. There is no confirmed evidence establishing whether Andrew was abducted, harmed by someone he met, or deliberately disappeared. His family has spent years searching for answers, without knowing whether he is alive or what happened to him. A 14-year-old boy travelled to London alone. A camera recorded him leaving the station. Then every confirmed trace of him disappeared. Someone may know what happened that day. Even a small piece of information could help investigators understand where Andrew went. Nearly two decades later, his family is still waiting for answers.

This is my family. I refused warrantless entry because the Fourth Amendment still applies when CPS shows up with armed deputies. I offered a welfare check without police; they refused. The next day they returned with emergency removal orders and took both of our daughters, including our one-month-old breastfeeding infant, and placed them in a foster home with a single father of 3 boys 😠. There was no criminal charge against us and no emergency. After an emergency hearing the court dismissed the removal order. Every major finding was later reversed as unfounded, and DFS abandoned its appeal. The damage—especially to a nursing mother and newborn—was already done. I have since filed a federal civil-rights lawsuit (Yazdani v. Mieszala et al., EDVA 1:26-cv-03365) over separate LCSO misconduct. Accountability for the CPS side is next. We are not the only Loudoun family to raise these issues. Sarah Legg (@sarahgracelegg) posted a detailed personal statement describing her own experience with the same worker: she alleges Kelli Hedrick abused her position, coordinated with law enforcement to have her arraigned while eight months pregnant (threatening jail, a fine, and re-education), and showed a pattern of manipulative conduct and poor judgment toward families. She specifically called out “deep concerns about Kelli Hedrick’s judgment, conduct, and influence on families and the local agencies of Loudoun County.” Read her full statement here: xitter.cf/sarahgracelegg/status/…

Michaels told the whole internet there's no policy against framing political items. Their own corporate rep told me on tape there is. Both can't be true. I filed with the Ohio AG. The tape is public. So @MichaelsStores, which one of you is lying, the rep or the brand account?
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Michaels does not have a policy prohibiting the framing of political items, and we strive to welcome every customer. We've reached out directly to discuss your experience and ensure your project needs are met.

This is why I'm going to VOTE RED. An illegal immigrant is charged with luring an 11 year old girl out of her home and SA'ing her in his car. Adolfo A. Cruz-Garcia, 23, was in Haledon, NJ when he allegedly committed this heinous crime. He's an illegal from Honduras who entered this country in 2019. He met the child on Snapchat, on Oct. 2. He knew she was only 11. He allegedly asked her for photos "in a state of undress." He allegedly offered her money for sex acts. Hours later, he allegedly showed up at her home. He reportedly threatened to send her photos to her family and friends unless she came outside. Prosecutors say he lured her into the back of her vehicle and SA'd her. Repeatedly. Then he dropped her off near her home. He was arrested Oct. 20. Charges: - Kidnapping - Aggravated SA - Aggravated sexual extortion - Child endangerment Prosecutors asked the court to hold him until trial. ICE has filed a detainer on him. Deport them all. Every last one of them.

A college student who calls himself a “future scientist” tells Joshua Haymes a baby in the womb is “not a human being yet.” So Haymes asks him to Google one question: “When does life begin?” He reads the answer out loud, and the debate is over. JOSHUA HAYMES: “My proposition is very simple. It is always evil to intentionally kill an innocent human being.” STUDENT: “It’s not a human being yet.” JOSHUA HAYMES: “When does human life begin?” STUDENT: “I think that’s more of a philosophical question… As a future scientist, even.” JOSHUA HAYMES: “You would say trust the science. You would agree with trust the science?” STUDENT: “Yeah, I would.” JOSHUA HAYMES: “Would you agree that it is always evil to intentionally kill an innocent human being?” STUDENT: “Innocent, yes.” JOSHUA HAYMES: “Now, you said you trust the science. Will you do me a favor and just look up on your phone right now: according to all of the available scientific data, when does life begin?” STUDENT: “It says at fertilization or conception.” That’s the moment his whole argument collapsed. JOSHUA HAYMES: “This is the consensus of all of the scientific community that life begins at conception. It’s not a future life. It’s a current life… If you trust the science, you have to say we must abolish abortion.” STUDENT: [laughing] “Aww man…” He laughs because he knows he just lost. Credit to him for admitting it. CONTEXT: The science the student looked up is not just a pro-life talking point. In 2018, a University of Chicago researcher asked 5,577 biologists from 1,058 institutions when a human life begins. 96% said fertilization. Most of them identified as pro-choice. In 1952, Planned Parenthood’s own pamphlet told women abortion “kills the life of a baby after it has begun.” The biology hasn’t changed since then. The marketing has.

🚨#BREAKING: A family in Georgia is outraged after they paid to have their 4-year-old pug named Cha Cha euthanized... ...and then MONTHS LATER later saw a photo on Facebook of their dog ALIVE AND WELL with a vet from the animal hospital The story is wild. According to the family, Cha Cha the dog got very sick, the vets told them it was organ failure and diabetic ketoacidosis... so the family decided euthanisia was the best course of action. The family said goodbye in March, paid the bill, and went home grieving. But according to the family, someone at that hospital was very attached to Cha Cha, because a worker took her home instead. Months later, Rebecca (the owner of Cha Cha) was scrolling Facebook and saw a photo. Her words: “I knew scrolling like that’s my dog.” Even more wild...the vet's husband confirmed it, his wife not only had Cha Cha, but he says the pug was in GOOD HEALTH. The dog they were told was dying was actually ALIVE and DOING WELL. But it gets worse. When the family went to the hospital, managers DENIED IT, Rebecca says they got a LAWYER and won’t talk about it. Then, the family believes, the hospital put Cha Cha down to hide what happened. Rebecca’s words: “The fact that they put a healthy dog down. That’s just sick.” And this is NOT the first time. Earlier this year, another family said their cat Annie was supposed to be euthanized at the SAME hospital, and a worker took her home too. The hospital admitted it “fell short” that time. And Annie? She was put down too. So twice now, a dog or cat has been alive and cared for after the family said goodbye. ...this is beyond insane
