Why do you force people to use DHL other than Aramex? I have my shipment in your warehouse and ready to be shipped but even though my shipping preferences is MyUS which is Aramex , you are still indicating DHL to use.

@MyUS_Shopaholic the UK operations of this company are useless. Give a wide berth/avoid. Every time without exception I have sent something to them for delivery, they lose the item, need constant chasing. Too stressful.
