Yesterday I was asked at a conference how many businesses I have. I said 1, and the audience was shocked. If someone says they have tons of businesses, it usually means they can't figure out how to make enough money from 1 business, so they start creating multiple companies. When they have multiple businesses, they usually lose focus, and none do that well. There are outliers like Elon Musk, but you're not him. And yes, big corporations gobble up many businesses, but you aren't there yet. You could create a "holding company" and buy tons of businesses, but that requires a lot of cash, and it is more of an "investing" model. Focus on one business. You don't need more than one. And if anyone tells you how they have all these companies, it usually just means they aren't making much money.
