If you're interested in AI Governance, I`d recommend familiarizing yourself with ISO/IEC 42001 (an international standard for establishing and managing an AI management system)
Start by understanding a few basic questions:
1. What AI systems is the organization using?
2. What risks come with those systems?
3. Who is responsible for managing those risks?
There`s obviously more to the standard, but understanding these questions gives you a GREAT headstart.
