Optical interconnect names are running because $NVDA CEO Jensen Huang basically validated the future AI architecture where copper wins inside the rack but optics becomes unavoidable as AI clusters scale across full data centers.
Thats why optical components, transceivers, DSPs, silicon photonics & testing names are getting re-rated today:
• $MRVL +30%
• $AEHR +21%
• $COHR +16%
• $LITE +12%
• $VIAV +11%
• $AAOI +10%

Large gold mining companies are finding it easier to buy junior companies rather than develop new deposits on their own.
The big mining companies are struggling to maintain their production, so with all of their cash profits at $5,000 per oz gold, they are buying new mines.
The premiums they are paying are high.
G Mining paid a 72% premium to buy G2 Goldfields. Agnico paid a 67% premium to acquire Rupert Resources.
Expect more deals in the coming months as the majors scramble to grab the limited number of solid assets that are on available.

Gold is selling off During a war.
With oil at $100+
Confusing? Here's why
🔴 Fed stays hawkish energy inflation = no cuts
🔴 Real yields rising = headwind for non-yielding gold
🔴 Dollar strengthening = gold under pressure
🔴 Crowded longs unwinding = technical flush below 50-day MA
Every time equities dropped since the war began, investors sold gold to raise liquidity.
The ultimate hedge. Being sold to cover losses elsewhere.
This isn't a collapse in gold's long-term thesis.
It's a crowded trade getting washed out.
War and $100 oil are bullish for gold.
But right now the tape doesn't care about theory.
It cares about margin calls. 📉
The long-term store of value case is intact.
The short-term chart is ugly.
Know the difference. ♟️

Huge recent move from $GSR.V 🔥
They are going from a smaller Yukon land story to a much more serious Tombstone Gold Belt setup through the Florin, FLR and RJ acquisition.
That adds a 2.507Moz inferred gold resource and a much bigger land position right beside Sitka Gold’s RC Project, one of the more active gold stories in the belt.
Before this, GSR mainly had the Gold Strike 1 and 2 ground around Snowline’s Valley discovery. Good land, good address, but still mostly a proximity story tied to being directly adjacent to a major discovery.
After this deal, they also pick up a large land package beside Sitka’s RC Gold project and add the Florin deposit itself, turning GSR into a much more complete Yukon gold story.
The other big part is what they paid. Roughly C$34M for 2.507Moz inferred works out to about C$13.6 per ounce in the ground.
And that is before giving any value to FLR, RJ, follow up targets like Regent and Saddle, or the technical data package, which GSR says includes roughly $40M worth of prior work.
Even outside the acquisition itself, raising C$15M as a ~C$40M market cap company is impressive on its own.
Dilution is meaningful, but timing is incredibly important in a bull market, and this just gave GSR a huge leap forward.
Going from 0 defined ounces to 2.5Moz inferred is a major step up, especially with the added land, targets, and room to keep building from here.

Did some reading from the SRK report, Page 30
Reliance on Other Experts:
The QPs are not qualified to provide an opinion or comment on issues related to legal agreements,
royalties, permitting, or environmental matters. Accordingly, the authors of this Technical Report disclaim
portions of the report, particularly in Section 4.
4.2 3rd paragragh:
Within the 110,189 ha Rogue Project, there is a block of 107 “Gold Strike” quartz claims covering about
2,230 ha, which another party owns. It is the Author’s opinion that the location and occurrence of the
“Gold Strike” claims do not act as an impediment to any future development on the Rogue Project based
on the nature of the rights assigned to mineral claims under the Yukon Quartz Mining Act.
SRK made the disclaimer before the AUTHOR'S opinion.
That's a bit Silly. I wonder why they referenced it in the first place, knowing that they can't make or have an opinion on this......

Kalo Gold Corp. (TSXV: $KALO.V) has just made one of Fiji’s most significant gold discoveries in years.
From the heart of the Pacific, Kalo’s latest drill hole VA25-DH11 returned 22.12 metres grading 12.80 g/t Au, including 10.05 metres at 25.10 g/t and 1.00 metre at 83.30 g/t at the Qiriyaga Complex within the Vatu Aurum Project.
President & CEO Terry L. Tucker, P.Geo., called the result “a significant step forward” validating Kalo’s diatreme-margin targeting model and confirming a high-temperature epithermal system.
With sixteen additional targets identified across the Aurum Epithermal Field, this breakthrough could mark the start of a district-scale discovery in one of the Pacific’s most underexplored gold frontiers.

🇺🇸 Antimony is a critical mineral powering everything from flame retardants to munitions and batteries. With China controlling ~60% of supply, the U.S. is stepping up. The @PFPAOfficial plans a $1B stockpile, with $245M for antimony. Washington’s urgency is clear.
Enter @MilitaryMetals $MILI / $MILIF, advancing its 100%-owned Last Chance antimony-gold property in Nevada.
- Historic output: 400 tons @ 20% Sb (WWI)
- Later: 29 tons @ 45% Sb
- New samples: 11.45% & 6.58% Sb.
- Antimony prices? $50,000+/tonne
Last Chance sits near Kinross’s Round Mountain gold mine in Nevada.
Military Metals now owns 100% and is running soil geochem & fieldwork.
With the U.S. funding domestic supply through DoE & DoD programs, MILI looks perfectly positioned. 🇺🇸
The U.S. has already funded @NYSE_UAMY $UAMY and American Rare Metals $MP.
The question is... is Military Metals next?
A high-grade, past-producing U.S. antimony asset checks every strategic box.
