If you have an Apple Silicon box or other AI native infra, try BTX. Quantum secure, private txns, MatMul instead of hash mining, same fixed 21M hard money as Bitcoin. No ties to Thiel, Epstein etc. Currently possible to mine 20 BTX blocks on a MacBook. Ask your AI to set it up.

The untold story of the true cause of Aaron Swartz’s death is this exact story.
one thing you learn as you get older the people who encourage you to take big risks don't actually want the best for you. they just want to see what happens

We are modifying the BTX code to enable the peer to peer network to host open models. And to use the native hash time lock to crowdfund the release of models paid in BTX. In combination with the change to only support GPU nodes, BTX will be an end to end decentralized AI economy.
We Must Pace the Frontier: I’ve written a new essay on why the AI industry should slow down, with a three-part plan for doing so. Anthropic is unilaterally committing to the first of these steps. We’ll provide third-party evaluators with permanent, employee-level access to our systems, so that they can verify adherence to our safety measures, report on incidents, and assess models’ alignment during training. It was 10,000x easier, and cost 1/1000th, to mine or acquire BTX at the time of my previous post. This is about to happen again. If you can view this shadow banned post and have idle datacenter-scale GPU compute, you’re in the right place at the right time. Start mining.

Ask your favorite journalist why they never investigated the repeated requests I’ve made to look into the longstanding rumors of steaks in Brazil. Everyone who is anyone in SV knows exactly who and what I’m talking about. This story deserves to go Zero to One.

There are people in the Epstein files that nobody is talking about, that everyone should be talking about. And people who are very close to those people, who aren’t talking about what they know. @nicknotned do you think it’s time I explain who actually took down Gawker, and why?

War is the ultimate act of censorship. Whether right or wrong, “going to war to defend freedom” is the world’s greatest marketing gimmick.

Lurking behind every humanitarian crisis in the world is a governance crisis + cycle of dysfunction that all the aid money in the world can’t solve. For many NGOs and activists, this isn’t a problem, it’s a business model. Their “assistance” preserves + relies on the status quo.

The challenge isn't to be rich, or to be famous. The challenge is to be real.
