At some point, you have to start caring about the title. While it might seem noble to focus only on the work, the reality is that your current title directly influences your next salary. Make sure you get the title that truly reflects your impact and competence.

I lost three inquiries last month over pricing and alignment, Ran to my bro @PraisePsalmist_ to lament 😂😂😂 but looking at the bigger picture this year, I keep landing high impact work. Just closed and received the initial deposit for another major project! Beyond thankful. 🙏🏾
