Itโs called FicHub. If you put in the ficโs URL it can get the epub version for you even if ao3 is down.
If you donโt know the URL of a fic, you can try entering the author name in the URL box. It will give an error but suggest titles!

in case anyone needs a refresher: you can paste a fics URL into the wayback machine and read it as if you are on AO3. only catch is that newer fics are less likely to be archived.
