The first step here would be to actually acknowledge what "women and girls" means, because at the moment, to these people, "women and girls" also means "men and boys", which is actual misogyny itself.
The time for talk has long passed. This government is putting its money where its mouth is when it comes to supporting women and girls.
We'll back practical action to confine misogyny to the history books - in public services, workplaces, and online.

Worth noting that Pride Centre refuses to host lesbian events unless biological males who identify as lesbian are welcome to attend. So a significant proportion of the L in LGBTIQA+ aren’t getting any benefit from the $6m. In fact they’d argue they’re being denied a “safe space”.

The people who have accused Israel of apartheid can’t really explain how the accusation is consistent with Arab parties winning 19 seats (while Palestinian leadership simply refuse to hold elections, much less allow Jews to vote it then) so instead they are moving the goal posts to claim that the governing party has to partner with them or it doesn’t mean anything.
This from the guy who routinely & consistently misdirects away from answering questions about his own beliefs & values, including in this very conversation.

The Prime Minister is a serial liar.
He lied to Australians about Capital Gains Tax and Negative Gearing to get elected. He lied about falling off a stage. He lied about reducing power bills by $275. He lied about mocking the Japanese Prime Minister.
Now, he's lying about his dodgy $6 million taxpayer-funded grant to the Marrickville Golf Club.
In every instance, he has refused to admit he was wrong and apologise. In doing so, he has treated Australians like fools.
His word was never his bond.
Australians deserve a Prime Minister with the honesty to give straight answers to simple questions and the humility to admit when they've made a mistake.
