Proud to present Suiren, a kanji relationship explorer: suiren.herokuapp.com Learning kanji is about connecting what you already know with what you learn. Having a visual, fun way to do so it even better. 😉

Oh hey! Look who's back up👀 suiren.vercel.app The previous codebase was falling in ruins to I migrated it to @strapijs, Next.js and React and it's now hosted on Strapi Cloud free plan! I took it as an opportunity to try out Cursor. So much fun coding with a sidekick!

Congrats Strapi ❤️ Miss this lovely team while on maternity leave! I wasn’t able to attend the Lisbon trip but they took care to include me and the missing people in the picture. That kind of attention means a lot and helps me enjoy my time away peacefully ✨
Delighted to announce that @strapijs raised a $31M Series B 🚀 What’s next? - Strapi Cloud: your favorite Headless CMS, easier than ever ☁️ - The best plugin Ecosystem, powered by the Community 🔗 - An amazing Editing Experience for Content Editors 🤩 strapi.io/blog/series-b

Ok this is brilliant and that’s what I’ve been looking for! Apple’s time limits are just not enough friction.
Replying to @stroughtonsmith
working on the update 3.0 for my app “one sec”, adding additional friction when opening social media apps. The goal is to become more aware of your social media usage, while making it less interesting to open it for no reason. And that works great! apps.apple.com/app/apple-sto…

Come ask me and my colleagues difficult questions! @strapijs is hiring front, backend developers, engineering managers and many other roles 💙
by request: a long list of tell-tale symptoms and questions to help you sort out the companies who are earnestly trying (but imperfect) from the ones that are shiny on the outside, shitholes on the inside. charity.wtf/2022/01/29/how-c… (add yours below)

Our short retreats were a breath of fresh air and a rare opportunity for deep thought and contemplation. I hardly justify to grant myself this *space*. I truly love this idea of tucking ourselves away for reflection, to better act in upcoming battles with renewed perspectives.

It feels especially timely to think back on those now that i'm preparing for maternity leave, one of a lifetime's biggest 'retreats' from the world. It's a true struggle to gradually withdraw from work you love to welcome a new very personal battle.

I love seeing how AQ has navigated and brought meaning to office space in the past years. The way we work is changing, how do we articulate our needs and boundaries with less ties to being in one place? Looking forward to this series! + a little trip down memory lane ❤️

This year, I want to have undivided focus when i'm doing something at work. If I'm in a meeting, i'm 100% there. I want to build resistance to checking Slack/Emails when there's a lull or something doesn't concern me directly. (I might need something to keep my hands busy)

Today is the first day of winter in the northern hemisphere. it’s also the longest night of the year. From tomorrow days get longer again. This thought always brightens my day.

How timely is this article as we're putting the finishing touches on a long term project! It's not easy to make celebration and praise genuine. It so often feels forced and clunky. I'm looking forward to try this idea! Thank you!

Slow down and reflect on triggers. Trying harder is only gonna lead you further down the hole. Find meaning in less work, find your true priorities, take breaks, go out, workout. Shake things up in the routine and create space to breathe. Shorter work days not longer ones.

A lot of delivery issues trace back to handoff: • Unknowns and questions surface too late in the cycle • The build teams cram and rush to finish on time • The intent and purpose of the pitch gets lost along the way The experience of the programmers is a huge factor ...
