✔️ Eat well (avoid sugar completely, eat minimal salt, reduce fatty oil, and let your diet be more of fruits and vegetables).
✔️ Do moderate physical exercises often.
✔️ Ensure you have an adequate sleep hours (anything less than 5-6hrs per day over an extended period of time is unhealthy).
✔️ Don't smoke at all.
✔️ Drink water often. The best fluid you can actually consume is water,
✔️ Take very minimal alcohol, but if possible avoid it. A little alcohol is good for the body though. 😁
✔️ Read often to keep your brain active and subsequently reducing your chances of dementia and/or Alzheimer's disease
✔️ Have good sex regularly especially as a man; it will help in reducing your chances of developing enlarged prostate. Sex is also a very good way of exercising, in case you don't know before. 😁
✔️ Mind your business.
✔️ Above all, have faith in God because you can do all the above listed and still get killed in an autocrash or get hit by a stray bullet from an accidental discharge. Life is not scripted, but we can only play our part.

I thought I'd pay 6500 until the hike came. We started at 40k, and I finished at 40k, but those who came a few years later paid over 100k, I think, during Ajimobi's first term or so. It's been a long time.
Even for pre-degree, I paid 50k; back then, it went to about 100k+ too.
I've been on this app long enough to know and equally understand that you don't need to say something wrong or unreasonable before being dragged. It's a mob world on social media, and the worst of them all is twitter (X).
You can post something as simple as an ordinary photo of yourself and one person can jusy say your head looks like bicycle seat or say something like your shoe's tip looks like a fisherman's canoe, and their asslicking minions (zombie followers) will all come enmass for you. If you are still afraid of being dragged on twitter, then you are still a neophyte. Some of us have grown very thick skins and being dragged has no meaning to us again.
Kí ni Debbie ṣe fún yín gan-an? What exactly is her offence to you people? Why are some of you always quick to bully her or drag her when you don't agree with her opinions?
People have always freely shared their opinions on diverse issues on this platform every time they did, they don't get crucified for their viewpoints on some certain issues. Why is it always a war when some certain people share their opinions?
This hatred and bitterness in you won't do you any good. You can't be emitting bad energy towards other people and still attract good things into your life.
Arsenal lost out on penalties in the fourth round of Carabao Cup but I can't even troll them because my team has been eliminated since the third round and we haven't won a match in all competitions in our last eight games.
Manchester United, you did this one. We can't even banter our rivals again.. Anyways, congratulations to Fleetwood Town on their qualification for the next round at the expense of Arsenal.

I saw an exchange (a kind of altercation) between two people who are both my mutuals. Lanre was angry at Debbie's usage of word towards him. Debby said pele dear to Lanre and Lanre responded by saying "fimi diwon ó". Under Lanre's comment were tens of other comments where some people came after Debby, saying all sort of things. Some others were just kikikikiking.
Then I was just wondering within me why people are like this. Like, did you guys all have Debbie in mind before now, and you have always been waiting for a perfect time to vent your frustration against her? Ẹ̀yin èèyàn burú gan o.
I hope both Lanre and Debby can peacefully resolve the differences between them. Lanre, please no vex jare. I plead with you.
Òkè Ogun is a region in Ọ̀yọ́ State, not a single town. All the towns and villages beyond River Ogun are referred to as Òkè Ogun. The likes of Saki, Iseyin, Okeho, Àgọ́ Àrẹ, Igboho, Tedé, Adoawaye, Igbeti Kishi etc are some of the major towns in Òkè Ogun region. The list is longer than this of course, but these are just the few ones I can remember.
If I may ask, what is happening in Òkè Ogun jare?
It is always the audacity of some of these so-called single mothers that always baffle me. Why is it that 9 out of every 10 single mothers are always looking out for young foolish unmarried men to get married to after they have finished exploring life. The funniest part is that majority of them always get married for economic reasons, not for love. It is someone to help them take care of their children they are looking for, not someone whom they will love with all intentionality.
But wait first, what kind of delulu is this self? The mofo said there will be no sex until after marriage because she wants to protect her chastity. She wouldn't have become a single mother in the first place if she had protected that chastity. 🤡😁
Werey pọ̀ gan ni Ilorin sha!
Young men, stay away from single mothers. They would never love you for whom you are. Dont use your hand to go and carry àgbákò. Heed the warning now or perish later.
My sister, please don't see it like that. See ehn, the replies to a birthday post can be very overwhelming for many people and it may be practically impossible for most people to respond to every individual messages. Imagine having to respond to over 400 comments on twitter alone, not to mention an equal number from Facebook and Instagram posts. WhatsApp updates responses are there too o.
But if muting people for not responding to your comment on their birthday post will make you at peace sha, it's absolutely fine to do so. – at Portsmouth, England
Barely two weeks after wifey passed her driving test, her full driver's license was delivered to our house today. This kind of efficiency of service doesn't take rocket science to implement at all, and it can be implemented anywhere else. It is bare minimum efficient service delivery like this we are also asking for back home.
Babe has just passed her driving test at her first attempt today. I'm very excited for her, considering the fact that it took me four attempts before I could pass my own driving test despite the fact that I have been driving for close to 20yrs before leaving Nigeria.
Make I go double my hustle so I can be able to buy a car gift for my babe before the end of the year.

The amount I paid as tuition fees in my six years as an undergraduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso:
Pre-degree science — ₦40,000
100L — ₦5,000
200L — ₦6,000
300L — ₦6,000
400L — ₦6,000
500L — ₦6,000
The total amount I paid as tuition fees between 2001 - 2007 was ₦69,000. There were other sundries fees like departmental levy, faculty levy, SUG dues, etc but they were a negligible fraction of what we pay as tuition fees.
LAUTECH is a state university that was jointly owned by Oyo and Osun States at the time I was enrolled in the institution. I know that Oyo State now has the full ownership of the university but I don't have an idea of how much is being charged as tuition fees at LAUTECH at the moment. However, one thing I am convinced about is that the current tuition fee is not in anyway cheap at all.
This is a trap! Young ladies, please don't listen to her advice. Don't look for what is not lost. It's the height of stupidity to be contacting your guy's ex to interrogate her about your man's personality and why things didn't work out between them. Don't use your hand to scatter what is already working well for you.
On the flip side, if your man went to meet your ex to ask about you and why thing didn't work out between you and him, will you be happy about it? Do to others only what you would like them to do to you.

Thank goodness that you were able to recover. Not many people have that second chance. A lot of young men are wasting away in the prison in the western countries just because of their choice of marrying a Nigerian woman.
Those clowns also keep coming at me by age-shaming me, calling me agbaya or old fool just because of my opinion. I'm not in their demograpghy either and they can abuse me for all they want. I don't care. If they like, they should fix their lives, and if they like, they should ignore. It is their problem, not mine.
Good morning, baba Olóyè.

I made that mistake but I quickly recovered.
I like sitting back and watching clowny fools falter on simple things that can be easily avoided.
To the scrawny frustrated rats, you can't abuse me as I'm not within your demographics. Go spend your time improving yourself instead of feebly attacking my views.
