Something urgently needs to be done about this intersection! (Kensington Rd/14St. NW) @YYCTKW I will send an email as well. Left turning/northbound drivers feel rushed in making their turns as there is no protected left turn - then they speed towards or miss seeing pedestrians.

The way the intersection is arranged also means that the left turning/northbound cars can't properly see westbound cars (those in the north lane) and there are often near misses for car/car collisions. #yyc #yycdrive #yycwalk
The issues in the SW quadrant of the intersection have been fixed since I last tweeted. But the main dangers of the intersection remain. @DaleCalkins - what other measures beyond the protected left hand turn might help in this situation?

This is really becoming a farce. It seems to me that building a (low cost?) hand held optical scanner to accurately determine chemical concentrations in variable outdoor conditions (especially lighting) is a huge ask.
