@AvisUK doesn’t care re safety of their customers’ young children. Baby/toddler seats booked and paid for. Not available at the pickup point and then told to sit in the back with them (w/o seats!). One is 8 months old. Really? Interested for thoughts... @SimonCalder @MaxiCosiUK
Having a great time in Perpignan - fantastic part of the world. Such a shame about how it started with @AvisUK and the complete shambles at Toulouse airport on Saturday. Made worse when young children (in particular, an 8 month old) involved. Appalling. @British_Airways @Avis
