Replying to @FedExHelp
@FedExHelp The driver was supposed to deliver my package between 9 and 11 AM. At 12:04 PM he has knocked at the door and by the time I came downstairs - he was gone! And the delivery is re-scheduled for tomorrow by 8pm. Probably FedEx is expecting us to sit by the front door?

@CustomerSuHQ @DeptReview49805 after few back and forth with the FedexSupport - Zero progress in real customer help - but probably few points in the exec score card. Somebody needs to disrupt this industry and leave FedEx out of business

Going to cancel my @WIRED subscription. What used to be a good example of technology journalism - became a lame blog for writers with political agenda. Today’s post by Katie Drummond was a last straw…

And the award for the slowest online store goes to @on_running . Shoes ordered on Sunday, 15-Sep-2024. Delivery was promised on Fri, 20-Sep-2024. An order stayed in “preparing” state until Friday. And now “waiting for carrier pickup”.

Feature request for @Tesla - prohibit cutting corners by Tesla drivers and perform only a nice ROUND 90 degrees turn. @elonmusk

Apple today will be the first of the big companies that will demonstrate that all devices will become AI access devices soon. And instead of hundreds of apps - we will just communicate with AI from our phones to accomplish what we need

Stating that you are using AI - as a unique differentiator sounds ridiculous these days. It’s like stating that you’re using gunpowder (and not wooden spears) in 14th century Europe or that you’re using electricity to power your tools (and not the river currents) in 20th…

Can somebody from @pagliaccipizza look into this? How would you rate our food? Strongly disagree :) Disagree with what?

The concept of websites is so 1990s. Modern businesses need to be present in the modern chat/communication apps and allow customers to talk to the business using a messenger if their choose - in plain language - not by constructing search queries…

Seoul should proudly wear the crown - the coffee capital of Asia. Coffee shops are everywhere - every 50 meters. But most of them are open only from 11 AM ;( – at Gangnam-gu, Republic of Korea

Continuation… “You have an active payment transaction”. No, I don’t. I did not even type my credit card number yet! Turkish Airlines is having serious quality issues. @TurkishAirlines

Turkish Airlines - worst experience ever. “Your seat is broken, so you can’t fly today”. No apologies, no empathy - just cold facts… @TurkishAirlines

Sitting at the doctors office - dry close to the reception desk. Now I know names, addresses, phone numbers and socials of a few people - they gave them to the receptionist. Now tell me about privacy..
