Here are some methods I used while Preparing this amazing rice pudding: Step 1: Wash the rice Rinse the rice thoroughly to remove excess starch and impurities. Drain and set aside. Step 2: Cook the rice Add the rice and water to a cooking pot. Cook over medium heat until the rice becomes soft. Stir occasionally to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Step 3: Prepare the coconut mixture Mix the coconut powder with some warm water. Add the coconut milk and stir until well combined. Step 4: Combine the ingredients Pour the coconut mixture into the cooked rice. Add the salt and sugar Get the chopped coconut flakes ready for coating.(make sure it’s finely chopped). Stir gently to combine everything evenly. Step 5: Simmer Reduce the heat and allow the mixture to simmer gently. Stir frequently to prevent burning. Continue cooking until the pudding reaches your preferred creamy consistency. Step 6: Add the finishing ingredients Add the butter and vanilla essence. Add a small quantity of cinnamon or nutmeg. Stir thoroughly and allow the pudding to cook for another 2–3 minutes. Measure each ball (50g) and coat with the chopped coconut flakes. Step 7: Serve Serve warm for a soft, creamy texture, or chill it in the refrigerator for a firmer pudding. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes if desired. SHALOM🫶
