I don’t believe in support and resistance based on traditional chart levels. For me, real support and resistance come from liquidation heatmaps. Liquidation heatmaps rely on real-time data, while classic S/R levels are based on market cycles that barely matter anymore. Let me give you a simple example with $SOL, the asset I trade the most. I targeted the 120 support because it was the clearest remaining sweep. Binance is doing crimes this cycle they’re not letting perp traders make money easily and they try to catch big liquidation levels. These levels aren’t random. Now we’re entering that 147–148 resistance zone. I like to take positions after we clearly sweep major support or resistance levels. Anything in between usually doesn’t offer great R/R.
