Hello @OVHcloud, may I ask why my account was banned?
I submitted a support ticket reporting an issue I was experiencing. Instead of resolving it, my account appears to have been banned or removed, and I can no longer log in. The only response I received is the one shown in the image.
Could you please explain what happened and help me regain access to my account?
are we serious? we cant order advanced fragment, and we're not living next to tear 3 monement, we cant know if power plant is on phase 2. how to get level 3?
i think 5 frags should be enough to upgrade to advanced.

i just wanted to share my opinion about softcore gamemode in rust.. i have 24k hours in rust so far and i'm still playing and making content of rust and what i think abt softcore is, it might be the best update so far.
think about it this way.
less dmg = you can wall and enjoy the fight more.
keeping tea after dying its really important cuz making tea it takes so much time. so 120hp health teas are worth the time from now and on.
talking abt time, a lot of people dont play rust cuz they think rust takes so much time. and its actually true, like for solo or duo who wants to build good base desgin that would be abt 15 hours of farming just to build a base, a lot of people wanna build big good looking base but they dont have enough time, and do not say play modded cuz a lot of people dont like modded.
i gotta mention that if softcore some how makes it into the clans servers like rustoria long softcore. that would make a huge change for rust, we will see more clans playing there including creators and softcore gamemode might become main rust.
what i dont like abt softcore is that you cant offline players, i understand why they did it. but i think offline is always been part of rust.
i kindly wanna add these a few requests please.

the ping its on the server side, please make it client side first then server.
wind turbines
please make the render of wind turbines from close range like ~50m as they kill the fps, (maybe boxs, barrels, etc too)
in military tunnles monument
when you kill npcs some of them they go under ground and become not lootable. (its been years)

It's no surprise to anyone, Rust takes commitment to play, that won't change. We did introduce softcore gamemode to aid players wanting a less punishing experience.
Do we need to take softcore, more soft? Reduce the punishment of being raided further?
We certainly do a bad job at marketing/onboarding this mode to players.
