this open-source GitHub repo is actually INSANE
it's called OpenBB, a financial data platform built for quants, analysts and AI agents
combine it with a trading system and you can bring Bitcoin signals, market analytics, price forecasting and quantitative research into one terminal
here’s how to run it yourself:
step 1 → open github.com/openbq-org/OpenBB and install the platform using pip install openbb
step 2 → run openbb-api in your terminal and connect your preferred financial data providers
step 3 → connect a crypto market data source and load BTC/USDT with 15-minute candlesticks, trading volume and historical prices
step 4 → calculate EMA crossovers and price momentum to identify LONG and SHORT signals after each candle closes
step 5 → build your market dashboard with stock watchlists, sector heatmaps, price movements and order flow
step 6 → add forecasting models to visualize possible price trajectories, market scenarios and uncertainty ranges
step 7 → calculate volatility, Sharpe ratios, drawdowns and other risk metrics to evaluate trading strategies
step 8 → backtest your LONG/SHORT strategy against historical data, including trading fees and slippage, then validate it on unseen periods
the result: an open-source quant research workflow combining Bitcoin analysis, trading signals, market intelligence and risk analytics
one GitHub repo
an entire financial research stack
i won’t say anything more…
this repository is f*cking BROKEN goldman sachs pays each quant up to $300k a year, all thanks to this repo
It's called gs-quant, developed and maintained by Goldman Sachs' own quant team, and it already has 13.5k stars
First, get how it works:
1. Goldman Sachs' quants built this toolkit on 25 years of their own risk experience: pricing, risk, backtesting, swaps, swaptions, FX options, timeseries - all in there. It even ships a skill that teaches Claude Code how to use it.
2. Every time Claude writes gs-quant code, it runs Goldman's risk math right in your notebook: volatility, drawdown, z-score, beta, RSI.
3. Pair it with Machine Learning for Trading (21.6k stars) - 27 chapters that take you from data sourcing to live execution. Together it's the exact stack a quant interview tests.
Here's how you can run it for free yourself:
1. Open Claude Code, install Goldman Sachs' library: pip install gs-quant
2. Add the skill: python -m gs_quant.skills install --global
3. Have Claude pull 5-year daily prices for GS and SPY with free yfinance data
4. Run Goldman Sachs' risk math on it: volatility, max drawdown, z-score, Bollinger Bands, RSI
5. Check 60-day beta and correlation to SPY. Is it the stock moving, or the whole market?
6. Mark every day the z-score drops below -2. That means the price is 2 standard deviations below normal
7. Backtest a rule: buy below -2, sell when back at 0, including fees. Claude writes the code and runs it
8. Walk-forward it the ML4T way. If it doesn't beat buy-and-hold after fees, it's not an edge
i won't say anything more:

It’s getting f*cking ridiculous: people are still building their Claude second brain by hand while Obsidian’s own CEO already open-sourced the shortcut
4 repos that do the setup for you, all checked on GitHub:
→ obsidian skills by kepano, Obsidian’s CEO. 49.8K stars. teaches Claude how Obsidian actually works
→ claude obsidian. 15K stars. wiki, ingest, query and lint as ready-made commands
→ obsidian second brain. 4.8K stars, 48 commands, runs in Claude Code, Codex and Gemini
→ second brain starter. interviews you and writes a 9-phase build plan for your exact setup
half the guides going around still quote old star counts and an install script that doesn’t even exist anymore
the full guide is in the article below, install commands included
save it so you don’t lose it

Remember the scrap of sutra sewn into a collar? This is the man who wore it.
Tsuneyuki met the Hundred Demons on a parade night. They rushed him, saw the sutra, and ran.
His card goes to every fighter who is there when the Night Parade falls.
Vigil: your cards here cannot be destroyed, and the enemy may not play here while you hold two cards in it.
If Nurarihyon walks away on 2 November, this card is never minted. No reprint. No second chance next year.

Nurarihyon, master of the Night Parade, comes down our road on 30 October 🏮
One boss. One health bar for the whole server. 72 hours.
· 5 fights a day each. Turnout wins, not grinding.
· Every midnight he heals 10% in the dark.
· Lose a fight, you still hurt him. Win it, 50% more.
· Only X-linked accounts fight. One X, one fighter.
If he falls, every fighter gets 5,000 Petals, a Moon Scroll and a card that exists only for this night.
If he walks away, nothing. And that card is never minted.

• Cloudflare

HACKERS DON’T WANT YOU TO SEE THIS
FOUND 3 WIFI HACKING TOOLS THAT FEEL ILLEGAL TO KNOW ABOUT.
→ FragAttacks: exposes flaws in Wi-Fi protocols that can affect devices across generations.
→ AngryOxide: a stateful wireless attack engine that can adapt its approach during testing.
→ EAPHammer: simulates rogue enterprise Wi-Fi access points to test how easily credentials could be exposed.
These tools show how attackers can exploit weaknesses in wireless security.
Only test networks you own or have explicit authorization to assess.

One 8 KB skill just replaced a "REA" reverse-engineering setup.
With native binaries, Go, APKs, etc.
38% faster, 35% cheaper, and uses plain CLI tools (no server, no 207 tool definitions).
i see it telling the agent which CLI commands to run 60% fewer tokens, in Same accuracy.
cheaper than REA.
