The full OpenPump launchpad is on Solana devnet. Create a coin → trade the curve → graduate → pool on OpenSwap with boost buy-and-burn. Graduation set to ~3 SOL on devnet so you can walk the whole thing with faucet money. app.openpump.trade Every program, every parameter, every tx: public.

OpenSwap, our AMM, is live on Solana devnet. First standalone pool is up. You can swap on it, add or remove liquidity, or open your own pool for any SPL token against SOL. Free devnet SOL, no real money. Try it: app.openpump.trade/pools This is the program that goes to mainnet in Phase 2. Break it now, not later.

How to test in 2 minutes: Phantom → settings → switch to devnet Free SOL at faucet.solana.com app.openpump.trade/pools → OTEST/SOL → buy, sell, add liquidity, remove it Hold any devnet token? /pools/new opens a pool for it Bugs → github.com/openpumptrade/ope…. Everything you touch is in the repo.

How OpenPump gets to mainnet: everything ships on devnet first. Nothing touches real money until every piece has run in public on Solana devnet, in this order: OpenSwap, the AMM. Upgrade the program, open pools for any token, add and remove liquidity, swap. This is the step we’re on right now. The bonding curve. Create a coin, trade it, graduate it into an OpenSwap pool with the LP burned. The fee engine. Creator fees, fee tiers by market cap, fee sharing, holder rewards, trade-to-earn. The extras: custom pairs quoted in $OPENPUMP, Token-2022 launches, coin-to-coin swaps, boost buy-and-burn. Break it. Anyone can launch, trade and file bugs. Fixes go back to devnet, not straight to mainnet. When all five run clean on devnet, the AMM goes to mainnet first under a Squads multisig, then the curve and fees. Same program IDs on every cluster, so what you test is what gets deployed. Devnet SOL is free, so there’s no excuse not to look. You are free to see our work on devnet: app.openpump.trade (switch your wallet to devnet). Code: github.com/openpumptrade/ope…

For the record: We're not Shaw and never claimed to be. We follow him because github.com/lalalune/daosfun-… is where OpenPump started. That repo shows a closed Solana program can be pulled from the chain and reconstructed into source. We used that tooling and approach on the pumpfun programs to understand exactly how they behave. Then we did something different: we didn’t reconstruct pumpfun, we rewrote it. Zero bytes copied, our own seeds, layouts and fee math, and a parity doc that says where we match and where we don’t. The goal was never a 1:1 clone. It’s a more decentralized, open-source launchpad: an open AMM anyone can create pools on, parameters readable on-chain, upgrade keys in a multisig, everything on GitHub. github.com/openpumptrade/ope…

$OPENPUMP is live on pumpfun. CA: 72KTne4FjHhzsu2Gw3i62ncjWdGrvsTykiMniBcxpump This is the only contract. It’s pinned here and published on openpump.trade and in the GitHub README. Anything else is fake.

Why this token exists, in one line: it funds the open launchpad, then lives inside it. → Creator fees → treasury → AMM on mainnet → curve + fees on mainnet → Then $OPENPUMP becomes a quote pair and the buyback target of the protocol fee Code: github.com/openpumptrade/ope…

The OpenPump code is public. Bonding curve, AMM, fee engine. The full pumpfun stack for Solana, written from scratch. 3 programs, 86 instructions, 50 integration tests, 0 lines copied. Read it, fork it, break it: github.com/openpumptrade/ope… Not on mainnet yet.

Building OpenPump: an open-source launchpad for Solana. Bonding curve, AMM, fee engine. Same mechanics as pumpfun, written from scratch, published for anyone to read, fork and audit. Nothing is live yet. Token first, then mainnet. Roadmap at openpump.trade
