We opened before ring so I am going to chance a long.

I'm expecting a bounce for gold around $3810. Lets see how this plays out.

Obviously anything can happen. However, if I had to take a guess. I would think a daily open inside ring would indicate a possible pump. If price drops enough that the next daily open is outside of ring that could mean we get a drop.
