Thanks @SouleBA75 for contributing to oras-go for retryable http client implementation, it enables ORAS performs automatic retries under certain conditions, such as when a connection error is returned by the client. It's the most notable feature in v2.0.0

oras-go v2.0.0-rc.4 is released! Now it fully supports the OCI Artifact and its Referrers API. With the fallback mechanism (tag schema) of the OCI Referrers API, ORAS is able to push and pull artifacts from any OCI-compliant registries. @OCI_ORG
