The chat gets me when I talk about a Strunk-UI: Never add features unless it's an absolute must.

It was a game of moving symbols between children’s literature, philosophy and literary theory. But buried inside it are several concrete observations. Some have since become common fan knowledge; others remain surprisingly hard to find. substack.com/home/post/p-213…

לא יכולתי גם אם רציתי: sylhetmirror.com/2026/05/29/…

I work with LLM from the product side and business side for a living. So far, cooking with ChatGPT is probably the most rewarding experience I have with the technology. Helpful, supportive, educational, upbeat.

If I was an ASML exec, I'd definitely start an ASMR channel

Imagine being an em dash and then ChatGPT. It's like being called Adolf and it's the 1920s.

How does hearing books instead of reading them change the experience? Since I mostly “read” now while walking, on “rereading” I find that I clearly identify parts of the text with the location I was at. The diachronic multi-sense score coupled with the text is a memory aid.

The news industry is stuck playing defense. It has been a tough couple of decades since the digital shift, with shrinking newsrooms and growing dependence on tech platforms that never truly had journalism’s back. substack.com/home/post/p-177…

We don’t just “read the news.” We use it for information, for identity, and for entertainment. Generative engines already cover one layer. The real disruption will come later. 👉 How generative engines will reshape news: linkedin.com/pulse/how-gener…

My problem with spammy services: I am part of too large a pool of reachout cold emails and can not know if the general offer suits our case well enough. To balance the time/merit euation I reply: Why us?

Everyone needs at least one person they can subject to their latest groan-worthy dad jokes.

Another #StarWars numerical observation: Question is not how many died by the Death Star or on it. Question is how many died to build it and keep it a secret.

Rough calculation: There is one Jedi per 110 billion sentient beings in the Star Wars universe. That is one Jedi per 13.75 times the world's current population.

As a founder of a nearly bootstrapped startup, I find it surprising that some people pitch themselves as potential co-founders but limit what they bring to the table as strategy.
