This appears to be a bird of prey, possibly a hawk. These birds sometimes land on roads because they're injured, exhausted, disoriented or feeding on something.
A bird being unable to fly away is not evidence of supernatural forces. It may simply be distressed or injured.
Also, these birds play an important ecological role by controlling rodents and other small animals.
We really need to stop demonising wildlife because of superstition. Nature is fascinating enough without assigning spiritual intentions to animals.
God is heavily with me.
Driving along Calabar by pass road. This bird sighted us, flew to the road, landed in the middle of the road.
When our vehicle approached, the power of God arrested this bird and it could not leave that spot again. I came down spoke few tongues and lifted it.
For those who do not know this bird, this is the bird that cries at midnight and is commonly used by the forces of darkness for different assignments.

Claude Opus 5.5 is far better developer than I ever was and than I will ever be. No point in competing, just surrendering and transforming my work into everything that is not engineering anymore.
Nigerians can now get a South Africa ETA online. 🇿🇦🇳🇬
I applied and got approved in under an hour. ⏱️ The site says to allow up to 24 hours, so apply at least a day before you fly.
What you need to know:
✅ Apply online at eta.dha.gov.za
✅ Cost: R925
✅ Valid for 6 months, multiple entries
✅ Each stay can be up to 90 days
✅ For tourism and visits only, not work
No embassy queue. No passport submission. Just a form and payment.
But with the recent xenophobic tensions, I'll be honest: I'm not sure how welcome we'll feel on the ground. 🤔
If you're in SA or visited recently, how was it? Tell me below 👇🏾

Made this video to preview an interactive asset from my portfolio redesign. This time, I revisualised the 90 Nsibidi pictograms I created in ‘23
The research behind this work and the design of this set is what laid the ground work for my font, Agu Display.
To think i can actually automate this so im completely hands off.
I just want to monitor how its handling these requests for a while and build out a knowledge base and response parameters and tonality and then it's full on autopilot!
This used to be the move until MM2 decided they want to use revenue generated from parking tickets to build generational wealth 😥
One time i had to lock in and skip for a discount. Brands in my city have a lot to learn when it comes to creating customer experiences. To be fair, i valued the fun more than the discount
