Museveni wasted 8 years in the bush. Ruled the country for 40 years and did totally nothing to help the country. Human rights are being violated, no stable electricity, the education system got worse, and the health system is rotten after his 40 year gun rule. He didn't build a single institution. And now, he's leaving a country in the hands of a guy that can't speak, can't be respect opponents, a guy that likes to torture people, a guy that runs his mouth. @KagutaMuseveni shame up on you.
