Today's job: film new training videos for VegPlotter. Old videos are over 5 years old and no longer relevant. So much has changed! New videos show how to create a small garden plan like this. That's all people need to plan a garden of any size. #gardenplanning #vegetablegarden

One day! Just need a greenhouse or tunnel so that I can keep them going in winter.
picked about a third of the Satsumas, really worth having as so sweet and refreshing, only a small tree in a tub, been cropping nearly forty years now, good return on original investment

Climate change research tells us the world is getting warmer. And the annual Met Office climate report says the UK is follow that trend, but did you know it’s also getting wetter and sunnier? In theory, that should be helping UK vegetable growers (for now anyway 😓 ) by extending vegetable growing season! Do you track local temps and frost dates? Have you changed your planting schedule to make the most of the changing climate? #gardening #VegPlotter #gardenplanning #climatechange

Second that. Prefer a Airbnb to a hotel. Having more of your own space usually etc. agree that we need to control the ratio with livable homes. I live near salcombe in Devon so directly affected by a limited number of available / affordable homes to buy or rent.

Start your celery in the cooler temps of early spring for best results, after frosts. In about 14 weeks later, you're set for harvest. Celery is fantastic for 'pick-as-you-go' gardening, letting you enjoy fresh stalks while the plant keeps growing. #GardenGrowers #EcoFriendlyEats

They were coming out of a fresh/brackish water ley at beesands in Devon. There was a consistent steady supply of them coming down this. Which flows out of the ley.

Aww we Google lens one and it came up as bream. Looks like you right though. There were so many travelling down the brackish stream to the sea. Wikipedia says some do live in the sea.

Spent the past hour helping little juvenile white bream get out to sea to start their new life. Think we helped over 50 of the beautiful little fish.

Spring is definitely in the air today! 🌱 Caught some photos of a bumble bee investigating the newly arisen snowdrops at the allotment. The beauty of nature never ceases to amaze. #allotmentlife #bumblebee #snowdrops
