Update on Jerry’s surgery, a view of the absorbable sutures. He sits well, his strong front legs hold promise that he won’t experience myelomalacia, the spinal cord deterioration that leads to certain death.
This was an L2 herniation resulting from an afternoon on a nature trail.
Well, Jerry has IVDD and can’t walk right now. On meds, will contact the neurologist tomorrow. Poor little guy!
Little Jerry is not feeling good. Don’t know what’s the matter, maybe a good night’s sleep will help.

Brian Cole Jr. is innocent. He has never been arrested in his life, until now.
He has been in jail for 294 days. He was denied bail.
His trial is currently scheduled for February 16, 2027, so if that date holds, he will have been detained for roughly 14½ months before his trial begins.
He is being treated like the J6ers.
This is not the Biden administration.

Can you imagine having a loved one murdered, or being a child abuse or rape survivor, and knowing that this woman -- this awful woman -- handled DNA in the case?
Yvonne “Missy” Woods is a former forensic analyst and 29-year veteran of the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. Over her decades-long career, Woods tampered with DNA in around 1,100 cases, 400 of which were the sexual assaults of women and children.
For reasons that cannot be fathomed, Woods reduced or destroyed DNA in rape kits, as well as evidence in multiple homicides. One of the victims was a 4-year-old girl. Another, an 88-year-old woman.
For these crimes, Woods got 10 years.
10. Years.
Her victims? A lifetime of not knowing and not feeling safe.
IMO, she should be charged as complicit in every single case she damaged. For every instance where she deleted a rapist's DNA, she should be charged as complicit in that rape. In every case where she destroyed a murderer's DNA, she should be charged with murder. She aided and abetted monsters she doesn't even know. Unfathomable.

Those are mostly low pay administrative/retail/hospitality/patient care jobs that women go for because they are easier to coordinate with home duties. The report doesn’t show men getting cheated, but that true economic growth is not happening.

I practiced law in NYC for 12 years. I've never witnessed or heard of a lawyer on either side of a criminal case publicly rail against a juror during deliberations. Never. It's jury intimidation. Reddington should have been gagged after his first outburst. He was not. Then he held an impromptu presser and further bullied the juror. Absurd. The Judge has lost control of the case and appealable issues are mounting up. What a mess.
The Nanny in the Clancy trial demonstrated exactly how one should answer on the stand, or in a deposition.
