I am deeply humbled and grateful to the people of Africa who voted for me, enabling me to emerge 2nd Runner-Up in the Unstoppable Minister African Award. Thank you for your confidence, support and recognition.
First and foremost, I give all the glory and honour to Almighty God.
I am reminded of John the Baptist, who, despite his great calling and influence, never sought personal glory. He understood that his mission was to prepare the way for Jesus Christ. In John 3:30, he declared:
“He must increase, but I must decrease.”
This scripture is a powerful reminder that leadership is not about personal glory, but about service, humility and giving credit where it is due.
Just like John the Baptist, I do not want to take credit for what God has enabled me to accomplish. I am only an instrument in God’s hands.
I therefore give special credit to my mentor and Chairman, General @mkainerugaba Museveni , for his guidance, inspiration, mentorship and belief in service to our country.
I also recognise and give credit to His Excellency President @KagutaMuseveni , whose leadership and trust have given me the opportunity to serve our country and contribute to the transformation of our communities.
To the people of Uganda, my colleagues in government, the Ministry of Local Government, our local government leaders and all those working tirelessly at the grassroots, this recognition belongs to you too.
As Minister of Local Government, my commitment remains to fight corruption, protect public resources and improve service delivery. We must ensure that every cent sent to our villages, parishes, sub-counties, towns and districts is put to good use. Public resources must translate into better services and improved livelihoods for our people.
This recognition is not a reason to slow down, but a greater responsibility to serve.
The glory belongs to God, the opportunity is a privilege, and the responsibility is to serve the people.
Thank you, Africa! Thank you, Uganda .
May God bless Africa and Uganda.

You want girls of kiruhura to date herdsmen and chicken thieves only 🤣🤣. May be ladies voted him for that particular job.
Dear @PoliceUg, why can’t you arrest Hon. Genensio, MP Kashongi Constituency, Kiruhura District?
The man is going around having sexual intimacy with all young girls in his constituency, but people are silent 🔕.
Are we protecting young girls or are we exploiting them?

I was your commander in all the victorious achievements we had in the last 14 years. There is nothing you have sacrificed that I have not. Many of our children call themselves cousins. I paid off your debts without asking how you got them…

Pader District has roared.
The people of Acholi Sub-region have unanimously endorsed Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba for President of Uganda 2031 onwards. They have rejected politics of tribalism and religion.
All of them believe Gen. MK is a unifier and protector of all the achievements of President Museveni and the NRM.
Thank you Pader, Apwoyo Matek.
