For umpteenth time @Telstra NBN internet fails to work. Years of promise of FTTC failed to materialise. Fibre installed in street months ago. When the heck are U actually going to connect us? Can’t even contact Tech support, 1800 no. makes appointment then cancels multiple times
Update with my @Telstra saga. Spent >4 hours today with 4 different support people. Nothing resolved. 'That's best we can do; you are online, it's either NBN or your equipment -all Telstra! But I do have a case no. Their social watchers all trying to get me offline. No chance.
So @Telstra, two appointments to fix internet service, neither of them kept. Modem reverted multiple times to your 4G service in Southern Highlands. Guess what? General 4G outage across the district. Currently have NBN but slow. How about ACTION !
Keep getting text messages stating @Telstra is upgrading its network in Bowral and Moss Vale. Have never achieved better than 2 bars anywhere in either venue in 6 years even under a tower. Just do it Telstra.
@Telstra U asked for report. After a month of Upgrade work, 4G Reception in Bowral now down to 1 or 2bars at best, when it was 2 occasionally 3 bars. So after all the upgrades for 5G, it turns out, 4G is worse. -. You did not tell us that this was 5G work. And 4G is worse! Wow!
So, just did 2 train rides on Eastern Suburbs Trains, Sydney. Only one mask apart from mine in the whole carriage, none in the other. Even saw someone use the water fountain on the platform. What don’t they get about this pandemic?
2 hrs disconnected calls to @SamsungAU , chatbots that fail, help desk that always has 5 ahead in the queue, progresses to 4 then disconnects, for 2 year old QLED TV that switches on/off auto. with no pic. COVID no excuse. Deplorable support. Net full of similar issues. Help!
So, I am in the middle of Berrima, NSW, pop. 666, find Telstra 4G connection, twice as fast to download + 12 times faster to upload than my Bowral NBN, just 10kms away. 4 years since promise to fix. Get on with it NBN. Also 2x quicker download than Telstra 4G in Bowral.
