Weinberg's argument hinged heavily on two notes from the jury foreperson accusing holdout juror Michael Desronvil of refusing to apply the law to his vote in deliberations. (No one is naming Desronvil in court due to an impoundment order, but he has spoken publicly about the case. They refer to him as Juror Doe or Juror X.)
ADA Sprague is now arguing for the Commonwealth. She says the notes amount to the foreperson's opinion and don't mean the holdout broke the law.

🚨🚨🚨Lindsay Clancy's attorney Kevin Reddington will reportedly file a new motion to dismiss the case against her following comments from jurors who have spoken out about deliberations in her mistrial, which ended with a deadlocked jury Friday.
Several jurors have accused the lone holdout in their 11-1 split of ignoring his own reasonable doubts about the case, which Reddington has argued is unlawful.
He tried unsuccessfully to have the juror replaced with an alternate last week.
The lone juror has not yet spoken publicly.
Jurors could not agree on a verdict after Clancy strangled her three young children, Callan, Dawson and Cora.

Lindsay Clancy, Docket Number 2383CR0019, currently in session, (1) to inquire into the ability of the identified juror to apply the law or (2) prohibit the further deliberations of a juror identified by the jury foreperson as biased and refusing to follow the court’s instructions on reasonable doubt unless and until the court determines by individual voir dire that the juror is willing and able to follow the court’s instructions."

It's September 2026. Charlie Kirk was assassinated on video last September, 2025. Kirk's alleged killer, Tyler Robinson, has yet to even enter a plea. That could change today. Judge Tony Graf is expected to make a decision on whether this case goes to trial, after which Robinson could be arraigned.

Senior Israeli official to Fox News when asked about the reported Israeli strikes in Syria overnight:
“Highly sensitive intelligence was shared with the United States in advance, at the most senior levels of the various agencies and bodies," the official said. “Al-Sharaa understands that he cannot operate like the previous Syrian regime, which maintained proxy forces. It’s possible that he didn’t understand what was going on, or didn’t know.”
