Civilians are doing the best they can, @TimKennedyMMA but you are right. Strategic deployment & trained disaster recovery and emergency experience will guide the civilians for maximum impact. The government and the people can and should work as a collective under trained guidance
. @NC_Governor we need the American military to take over. Plain and simple. We need real command leadership. You have the most incredible army on the planet: located with you in North Carolina. You CAN make it happen. Lives will be lost if you don’t.
This is a lie. Federal help in the mountains is minuscule at best. Sure, agencies are there. Citizens are doing the legwork, for each other.
I cannot explain how livid I am.
I was in Avery Co today and I saw exclusively private citizens helping. Serving food, search and rescue. Not a single federal helicopter in the air. The spirit in the mountains is strong, but only because of the people not the federal government. This is an absolute travesty
Days before this storm hit, I directed my Administration to pre-position federal personnel, critical supplies, and more near the storm's path.
We're moving heaven and earth to make sure that everyone affected by this storm gets what they need.

Don’t tell me this is good news. We’ve been here before. The new Panthers refuse to build a squad with character, which is what brought us to the SB (talent didn’t hurt either)
I can’t believe Cawthorn got even that many votes.
The #NC11 race has narrowed with Chuck Edwards up about 1700 votes. Above the runoff threshold

Nothing about this resonates with me. And 10.1 means I need to get closer to 11. Which means 11. On the nose. I’ll never change that.
The city should then be paying for insurance premiums after dead trees start falling on houses
It will cost $150 for a permit to remove the tree and $1000 in a mitigation fee that can be reduced to $500, the city says #CLTCC
@wxbrad flexing more than meteorologist muscle. He is correct. Some great pizza here, but mostly mediocre. I won’t offend anyone with names but I’m pretty sure @CLTdevelopment and I tweeted about this a while back. Maybe it was someone else…
On #NationalPizzaDay I want to point out that to me for a city our size #Charlotte still has a low number of quality Pizza places. There are good ones for sure, just not the number you'd expect for a city this large and diverse. Anyone else think this as well? #cltpizza
Would be great to get in the RZ so we could see if it works…
The Panthers Kicker Had To Be Helped Off The Field During Warmups So Naturally Carolina Is Using Linebackers And Quarterbacks To Try And Replace Him

Is it just me or is there a nod to the @Seahawks on this years @gregolsen88 /@LevineChildrens beanie. Love it but #KeepPounding
