Most people know me for marketing. Some know me for AI. Others for motorcycles. They're all right. This is where I share ideas, challenge assumptions, and occasionally change my own mind. If that sounds interesting, pull up a chair.

Start SME review before drafting facilitator guides with AI. Capture expert knowledge first and send only critical claims for review. Save time, keep accuracy.

AI training changes judgment at the individual level and standards at the team level. The right fit depends on where your real gap sits. Read more in the latest post.

My CRM's first Telegram summary was a wall of quoted email. Fixing it turned the bot into a remote: lists, a card per lead, buttons for follow-ups, drafts and notes. It still never sends an email for me.

My old iPad is now my Mac's control panel: apps, sites, Outlook calendar, music, Claude and voice notes, one tap each. Free, in a browser, no apps. Built in an afternoon, fixed in an evening.

The Deck is now on GitHub, free for anyone to use: github.com/parthans/the-deckโฆ. It is open source under the MIT licence. The public version has a neutral look and a generic set of buttons, and setup takes about 15 minutes on any recent Mac.
Yesterday was my last day at Tonbo. I was asked โSo, taking some time off?โ about ten times.
I wrote about that question in September, before it was even true. Turns out it was a good guess.
The short answer: no. Iโm working, just for myself now.

When product, marketing, and sales each own only part of the conversation, customers get gaps, not answers. The real fix starts with deeper product context, not flashier messaging.

Polished prose once signaled knowledge. AIโs fluency changes that. I ask three questions before trusting a confident answer. Which would have changed your last forwarded AI draft?

I replaced my sales spreadsheet with a CRM I built with Claude in two days. It reads my outreach tool, mailbox and calendar, never writes to them, and drafts follow-ups that I send myself.

Part 5 of my CMS build: running it. A hung deploy, a failed backup, an import that stopped overnight, and three docker commands that showed exactly what restarted the CMS.

Part 4 of my CMS build: moving out of WordPress without breaking a link. Plus the evening I found 2,228 blank drafts, and why deleting them would have been a mistake.

Part 3 of my CMS build: security. Cloudflare Access, two-factor sign-in, server-side checks, cleaned HTML, encrypted secrets. Plus the Cloudflare setting that locked out everyone except me.

It's 2 AM. The cart has a hoodie in it. You're 90% sure you're an L, and that 10% is going to keep you awake.
Now tap Chat in the bottom right corner of any page on onlybikerstuff.in and an automated support will help you - but there is also a human there. @parthans!
Note to self. When you see what might look like a box on the road donโt try to kick without confirmation. It could be a fucking brick.
Part 2 of my CMS build: every publish is one git commit. Why I publish through GitHub, why its API was too slow, and the one folder the CMS may ever touch.

I added an AI chat to my store. It answers from the store's own data, won't invent discounts or delivery dates, and sends anything that needs a decision to my phone. How it's built, and what it costs per reply.

Part 1 of the technical story behind my own CMS: one admin, four sites, plain HTML out. The stack, the architecture and the spec that kept an AI-built project on track.
