Validation with single-step SNPBLUP shows that evaluations can continue using a single mean of genotyped individuals, even with multiple breeds.

Our latest article shows that you can predict the impact of genotype by genotype interactions on the purebred-crossbred genetic correlation, without using crossbred data. Check it out here:
